Training Refund Policy

  • Course cancellation prior to five (5) days before the start date of the course will receive full refund (100%) of paid course fees;
  • Course cancellation between five (5) days and twenty four (24) hours prior to the start date of the course will be charged a cancelation penalty fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the paid course fees;
  • No refunds will be given for non attendance or withdrawal from course during the duration of course.
