Corporate Training Services Refund Policy

  • Filling out of the Training Request form does not constitute enrolment. One of our training representatives will be in contact to issue a confirmation.
  • Complimentary seats will be awarded on a first come first served basis to the first person to apply from your organization (limit of one person per organization)
  • Courses will run contingent on minimum number of occupied seats
  • Course cancellation prior to five (5) days before the start date of the course will receive full refund (100%) of paid course fees
  • Course cancellation between five (5) days and twenty four (24) hours prior to the start date of the course will be charged a cancelation penalty fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the paid course fees
  • No refunds will be given for non attendance or withdrawal from course during the duration of course
