Training Refund Policy
Courses:
- Course payment must be made 5 days prior to the start date of the course in order to guarantee placement in the class;
- Course cancellation prior to 5 days before the start date of the course will receive full refund (100%) of paid course fees;
- Course cancellation between 5 days and 24 hours prior to the start date of the course will be charged a cancelation penalty fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the paid course fees;
- No refunds will be given for non attendance or withdrawal from course during the duration of course;
- All refunds will be issued back to the individual or company named as the payee on the receipt or invoice.
