Training Course: Service Advantage
Delivering superior customer experience for security professionals
Anchored in successful customer service methods and supported by leading edge human relations practice, Service Advantage has been developed specifically for security professionals who wish to set themselves apart by delivering a superior customer experience. This will lead to customer loyalty, word of mouth marketing, reduced customer complaints and increased profitability.
Service Advantage is a 1 day course running 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Mondays through Fridays. It is currently not offered evenings or weekends.

Course curriculum (1 day)
(A) What is in the Course for You?--Increased opportunities for success in the work place.
(B) Knowing About People--Human behaviour, why people act the way they do and how to effectively manage customer behavior.
(C) Communicate to Listen and Understand--How people communicate, factors that interfere with communication and how appropriate language fosters customer satisfaction.
(D) What is a Service Focus?--Stresses the five components of service delivery and how to apply them to convey a superior customer service experience.

Important Information

Students may commence their security training on any of the course modules:
BST, Occupational First Aid Level 1 or Service Advantage. All three modules must be completed to our exacting standards to potentially qualify for employment with Commissionaires - All students seeking employment as a security guard are welcome in our security guard training program. Upon completion of the BST course and successfully passing the exam, students will be qualified to apply for a security licence;
- Course material will be handed out on the first day of class;
- Please register in advance of training course;
