Class Training
Overview
Commissionaires BC offers a wide range of scheduled classes for security, safety and customer service training programs.
Security Training Guard School – Commissionaires BC is a specialist in security guard schools and new hire security training.
We are currently offering the following scheduled courses:
- Security Guard Training BST1
- Security Guard Training BST2
- Security Guard Training BST1 & 2 (qualifies students for a Security Employee Licence with the Attorney General of BC, Security Programs Division)
- SuperHost (approved by Tourism BC)
- Occupational First Aid Level 1
Important Information
- Classes are offered at our Vancouver and Kelowna training facilities. Please see below for details.
- Students may commence their security training on any of the course modules, BST1, BST2, Occupational First Aid Level 1 or SuperHost. All four modules must be completed to our exacting standards to qualify for employment with Commissionaires*. [*Additional requirements will apply before employment can be guaranteed.]
- All students seeking employment as a security guard are welcomed in our security guard training program. Upon completion of BST1 and BST2 and successfully passing the exam, students will be qualified to apply for employment with their employer of choice.
- Course material will be handed out on the first day of class.
- Payment is due at least five days before the start of the course in order to secure a seat. Payment methods accepted include VISA, MasterCard, bank card, and cash.
