Training Course: SuperHost

SuperHost was developed by Tourism BC in 1985 to improve the quality of service in tourism businesses throughout the province. This 1 day workshop is designed to provide service professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent service and to encourage a sense of pride and commitment to customer service.

SuperHost is a 1 day course running 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Mondays through Fridays. It is currently not offered evenings or weekends.

Cost: $65. Call for corporate rate.
